Current Employment
- I work as a Consultant at Toon Boom Animation. My goal is to encourage and help animation studios around the world to realise their full potential with the aid of Toon Boom software. I provide helpful tips and techniques and help to solve technical pitfalls that impede efficiency.

Experience
- Production Manager and Compositor for "The Offering" short film, produced at Cogswell Polytechnical College, http://www.projectxfilms.com, 2009
- Responsible for managing a 12-person team
- Came onto the team when the production was already over six months behind schedule, improved
the efficiency of the team and its communication, and got the production finished within the new deadline
- Met with the animators on a daily basis and was present at all animation reviews to ensure that the animators stayed on task with deadlines
- Coordinated the different departments together so that everyone was aware of the tasks and the progress
of the other departments. The departments included: Modelling; Character Rigging; Technical Direction; Animation;
Effects Simulation; Lighting & Rendering; and Editing.
- Learned how to do compositing with Fusion software on the job and composited roughly a quarter of the film
- Worked with the lead compositor and the other compositors to ensure consistent colour correction across the
whole film - this entailed working on each scene in the film individually then comparing them to each other.

- Produced 3D models from provided concept art
- Was able to take feedback from the concept artist and modify the models to suit the needs of the concept artist
- Worked remotely, meeting in person only to discuss progress at weekly intervals

- Volunteer and Chair, UC Davis Model United Nations Club
- Travelled around the world to Model United Nations conferences to raise awareness of
political issues and struggles. Travel destinations included California, Montreal, Edinburgh.
- Chaired conferences on Model United Nations, leading high school students in debates on political subjects and
making sure the topics remained germane at all times.
